We would like to say a huge thank you to Andre, Cindy and the resort staff at Bali Hai for their fabulous efforts in the magical creation of our wedding day. They went above and beyond anything we could have imagined for our wedding, from the organizing right through to the pre-ceremony, ceremony and the reception was the utmost amazing experience anyone could ever experience. Their friendly and vibrant personalities and warm welcoming from the very first meeting right through to the very last day of our stay at Bali Hai. Our family and guests all enjoyed a fabulous week being warmly greeted by all the fabulous staff at Bali Hai Resort and we are all so truly grateful for everything Bali Hai have done for us. The opportunities Bali Hai offers are truly relaxing and inspiring bringing a fabulous week of fun, sun and relaxation and magic together.

We had an amazing wedding at Hai Tide in September, we could not have been happier with the help and support provided by Andre and Cindy. Hai Tide was so flexible, accommodating every request and tailoring our day to provide exactly what we had dreamed of. The food and cocktails were exceptional and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves while everything was taken care of for us.

From the moment we stepped on the boat to the moment we returned everything was organized to perfection. It was amazing to have our closest friends and family all together for the four nights. […] The 3rd day was our wedding day. I couldn’t help being so relaxed knowing that Andre and his team had everything organized that I had little snooze on the couch in my villa whilst waiting for the hair and makeup artist to arrive! We honestly felt like we were on a spectacular movie set. The attention to detail was phenomenal and far exceeded our expectations. The food and drinks were perfection. Thank you so much to Cindy, Andre & team for putting together the most beautiful wedding we could have hoped for. Everything was absolutely perfect, you are perfectionists and went above and beyond to turn all our ideas into reality – including importing amazing flowers & building us an epic wedding arch. We had the Indonesian buffet dinner option and the food was outstanding – the best Rendang we found in Bali. You were both awesome at looking into all of our ideas and providing us with plenty of options which allowed our wedding to be totally customized to our style. Planning our wedding from another country was made a breeze thanks to you guys, and when we made it to Bali you were so accommodating and professional to deal with.
