We had the most incredible wedding experience with Hai Tide, and Dominique was amazing from start to finish. She made everything easy, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to help with even our more unusual requests to make the day personal. Her recommendations were spot on, especially DJ Mike who was fantastic. On the day, Dominique had everything under control (even things we wouldn’t have thought about) and was so kind with our kids, helping them feel excited and comfortable about walking down the aisle, which meant the world to us (and with zero meltdowns from our rage fuelled 2 year old 😂). We also had family from five countries involved in the wedding and Dominique was so welcoming and lovely to all of them, making sure everyone understood the plans for the day.

The venue was absolutely stunning. The ceremony spot under the trees with the beach backdrop is breathtaking, and the lanterns and tropical décor make it magical. We had no idea about flowers, we just knew the vibe we wanted, but Dominique made it so easy and the end result was more than we could have dreamed of and worth every penny. All the staff were fantastic, so friendly and fun, the bar staff were even dancing behind the bar. Agus was especially welcoming and helpful.

Having everyone stay together made it so special, and the villas were beautiful. The fenced pool was a huge bonus with little ones. We had over 20 young kids staying and they all had the best time playing together around the resort. We had our Day 2 at the Pontoon which was the perfect follow up – laid back, fun, and such a great vibe (we even had a Scottish ceilidh on board)!
